How to Get Back on Track

I’ve asked mHp Facebook Group members about topics they want to learn more about.

One member, Kimberly, brought up a great topic: handling setbacks and getting back on track.

In this short video, I share a mindset shift that I’ve found helpful when it comes to getting back on track. I also give an example of how it’s worked this week in my own life.
