How to Curb Evening Snacking

I’ve asked mHp Facebook Group members about topics they want to learn more about. One member, Kelle, brought up a great topic: how to curb evening snacking.

This topic is near and dear to my heart because I STRUGGLE with this myself.

But not all the time…

There are certain triggers that make me much more likely to overeat in the evening and nighttime hours.
