How to Effortlessly Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated is important. It helps with things like:
Maintaining a healthy weight
Efficiently ridding your body of waste
Prevention of aches and pains
... just to name a few.
If your goal is to drink 8 cups of water daily, here's an easy way to do it:
Get a 32-oz mug or water bottle. I like this size because you fill it only twice. (And a 64 oz. cup tends to get some strange looks, lol.)
Keep it visible. This part is important. Having it at your work space is an easy way to do this.
Drink two of them throughout the day. Tracking is easy. Once you've had two, your goal is met. You can even set time goals, such as drinking the first cup before lunch.
Simple, right? :)
And speaking of drinking more water… I recently shared a helpful tip that I learned from James Clear, author of Atomic Habits.
It's called habit-stacking. In this 3.5 minute video post I share how habit-stacking has helped me to easily get an extra 8 oz. of water each day.
In case you missed it, you can check it out here.
